Kelly Ann Dosdall brings a well-rounded and dynamic background to real estate education, combining over a decade of experience in real estate, sales, investing, and education. She is a licensed Texas Realtor® since 2014, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, and a seasoned real estate investor.

Kelly has worked with a national proptech company specializing in creative financing solutions, referral platforms, and client relationship-building, giving her unique insight into the tools and strategies that drive modern real estate success. She currently serves as a Senior Sales Representative with Achosa Home Warranty, partnering with agents statewide to support smooth transactions and long-term client care.

With a Master’s in Education and 14 years of classroom experience, Kelly delivers CE courses that are engaging, practical, and designed to equip agents with actionable skills.

Outside of work, she’s known as “Lolli” to her new granddaughter and shares life with her husband and their Bernedoodle, Bowie.
